After 25 years in the corporate sector, Kristin retired to fully explore her love for underwater art. Over the past 15 years, she has dedicated several months each year to sailing, scuba diving, and snorkeling in the Caribbean, using her camera to capture the vibrant beauty of marine life.
Capturing the Sea
Kristin's passion lies in photographing the animated expressions of fish, playful octopuses, and the stunning coral reefs that host them. Her aim is to evoke smiles and awe, allowing others to experience the underwater world as she does. Most of her photography is focused in the Virgin Islands, capturing moments from 5’ to 90’ beneath the surface.
Stained Glass Creations
In addition to photography, Kristin creates stunning stained glass panels inspired by her aquatic images. This unique combination of art forms allows her to express her profound love for the sea in multifaceted ways.
Life in St. Thomas
Kristin resides in St. Thomas, USVI, with her husband C.W. Together, they immerse themselves in the beauty of the island, reinforcing Kristin's belief that nature's wonders can significantly enrich our lives.
